The country that most recently obtained its income in the Eurozone was Lithuania, on January 1, 2015, which is therefore the last of the Baltic countries to adopt the common currency European. 
Today, eight countries of the European Union have not adopted the Euro: Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden. Nor did the United Kingdom did during his years of belonging to the European Union.
