Many well-known faces are largely unnoticed by the German media abroad. Today at well-known faces-Spotlight: A former HSV gem, which drew the FC Chelsea a double pack, an ex-talent of Bayern on goals hunt in Latvia and a former professional of Gladbach and Hertha BSC, which blooms in his homeland.

As a hopeful talent, Vitaly Janelt once moved to the youth of Hamburg SV. The breakthrough today did not make the HSV 23-year-old, but he finally landed the VfL Bochum over RB Leipzig.
There, the defensive midfielder worked up to the professionals. Nevertheless, his commitment to the VfL ended in October 2020. For around 600,000 euros Janelt moved to the then English second division FC Brentford.
With the “bees” he succeeded in the last season of the climb in the Premier League. There, Brentford plays against the descent.
At the weekend Janelt and Co. but a sensational 4: 1 success against Champions League winner FC Chelsea and TeMmanager Thomas Tuchel. The former HSV jewel succeeded in a fulminant double pack.
